We arrived in Colombia on a Friday afternoon, the evening was spent pretty freely, getting to know the fellow Journeyers and later we enjoyed a lovely welcome dinner. The feeling of anticipation was present the whole evening, some of us had a hard time falling asleep that night, not fully knowing what the next two days would bring

We are so very excited about this new chapter in our lives, and up until recently the wedding planning has consisted mostly of logistics like finding the perfect venue and an amazing wedding planner etc. I think this has been the funnest part of the planning process to date, asking five of my amazing friends to be part of our wedding party!
I didn't always love reading, but now I can't imagine a life without the lovely words on a page. I really enjoy losing myself in a good book, learning new things and seeing things in a different perspective. I want to share with you five awesome books I've read recently!
I met him at a refugee camp in Athens during my recent travel to Greece. He curiously came to see what all the volunteers were working on during our first day there. Inch by inch he came close and then closer and seemed to be interested in what we were doing.
I have been home for a few days now, I'm still sort of fighting this jet lag, I really had no idea what it was until now. I get it, haha. I've spent the majority of the last two weeks traveling with a company called Journey, we first headed to Athens to volunteer in a refugee camp, the rest of the time was spent traveling to some of the Greek Islands.
