![A few days to yourself can change everything, trust your body + mind when they tell you to stop. Taking care of yourself is truly the most important thing you can do, otherwise how can you show up fully in your life and for those you love? I recently did a little social media [and everything else] detox, literally stripped away every other thing besides my wellness and took time to recharge. I didn’t know it yet but I needed it so badly. It isn’t selfish, it is necessary. With that said, I stand here today smiling, at peace and ready to conquer the world again thanks to putting myself first, you should try it too 😊🌸
